All Products are delivered digitally.
By purchasing, you acknowledge that:
Access may be granted immediately after purchase
Content is accessible, downloadable, or viewable instantly
You receive full intellectual access upon delivery
This forms the basis of the refund policy below.
4. PURCHASE TERMS & REFUND POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the digital nature of the Products and the immediate access provided, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
Once access has been granted (in full or in part), you irrevocably waive any right to a refund, cancellation, or chargeback.
NO REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

PAYMENT PLANS (IF APPLICABLE)
If a payment plan is offered and selected:
You are legally obligated to complete all payments
Payment plans are not subscriptions and cannot be cancelled
Access to the Product constitutes full commitment to the total purchase price
You remain responsible for all payments regardless of:
Usage
Satisfaction
Results
Failure to complete payments may result in:
Immediate suspension of access
Legal recovery action
Late payments may incur a fee of 3% per week.
CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
By purchasing, you explicitly agree:
Not to initiate any chargeback or dispute
Not to reverse payments through your bank or payment provider
Any chargeback attempt constitutes a breach of contract.
In such cases:
The full outstanding balance becomes immediately due

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use only.

Violation results in immediate removal without refund and may lead to legal action.
6. USER CONDUCT
